The options for returning, exchanging, or filing a complaint about MAN’S SET products summarize your rights when shopping in our online store \u2013 from withdrawing from the contract within 14 days to filing a complaint about defective goods. You’ll find the exact procedure below, or you can contact us via the Contact<\/a> page. You can return or exchange undamaged, unworn goods in their original condition with tags attached.<\/p>\n

Options for Returning Goods: Withdrawing from the Contract Within 14 Days<\/h2>\n

In accordance with Act No. 102\/2014 Coll., the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. For this purpose, we recommend using the [Withdrawal from Contract Form], which should be sent back to our address together with the undamaged, unworn goods.<\/p>\n

2. Exchanging Goods<\/h2>\n

If you wish to exchange goods (for example, for a different size or color), you may do so within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Please use the [Complaint Form] and state the requested exchange in the “Description of Defect” field. The goods must be undamaged, unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.<\/p>\n

3. Exception \u2013 Underwear<\/h2>\n

For health protection and hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged if it has been unpacked or used after delivery. This provision follows from Section 7(6)(e) of Act No. 102\/2014 Coll.<\/p>\n

4. Filing a Complaint About Goods<\/h2>\n

If the goods were delivered damaged, incomplete, or with a manufacturing defect, you have the right to file a complaint. Please use the [Complaint Form] and state the reason for the complaint. The goods being complained about must be sent clean and properly packaged.<\/p>\n
