Choosing the right size of men's briefs is an important aspect of comfort and confidence.
To determine your size, simply take a few measurements, such as your height and hip circumference (see image).

We have created our own sizing system, which may differ from other brands.
It's completely normal if our underwear size doesn't match the size you usually buy.
HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF CORRECTLY
To choose the right size of MAN's SET underwear, just follow a few simple steps:

1. Waist circumference
Measure just above the hips (where the underwear elastic sits).

2. Hip circumference
Measure the widest part of your hips and buttocks.

3. Holding the tape measure correctly
When measuring, the tape should sit snugly against the body, but not squeeze it.

4. Measure directly on your body
Only while wearing thin underwear.
Based on these measurements, you can easily choose your size from our chart.

No stress! We'll do a little detective work at home. It only takes a few minutes while he's out, and a look at a few things.
His belt is your best ally
His everyday belt can tell you a lot.
- Look at the hole that's used the most – that's the one that reveals his waist size.
- Measure the distance from the buckle to that hole, and you're done!
Jeans reveal his hip size
This part is a bit trickier:
- Take his regular jeans (not sweatpants – those can be misleading).
- Lay them flat and measure the widest point around the hips.
- Then multiply this value by two.
There may be a small margin of error, but for elastic underwear that's perfectly fine.
