Options for Returning, Exchanging, or Making a Complaint About Goods

The MAN’S SET options for returning, exchanging, or making a complaint about goods summarize your rights when shopping in our e-shop – from withdrawal from the contract within 14 days to filing a complaint about defective goods. You can find the exact procedure below, or contact us via the Contact page. You may return or exchange undamaged and unworn goods in their original condition with tags attached.

Product Return Options: Withdrawal from the Contract within 14 Days

In accordance with Act No. 102/2014 Coll., the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day of taking possession of the goods. For this purpose, we recommend using the [Withdrawal from Contract Form], which must be sent back to our address together with the undamaged and unworn goods.

2. Exchanging Goods

If you wish to exchange goods (e.g. for a different size or color), you can do so within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Please use the [Complaint Form] and state the requested exchange in the “Defect Description” field. The goods must be undamaged, unworn, in their original packaging and with all tags attached.

3. Exception – Underwear

For health protection and hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged if it has been unpacked or used after delivery. This provision follows from § 7(6)(e) of Act No. 102/2014 Coll.

4. Filing a Complaint About Goods

If the goods were delivered damaged, incomplete, or have a manufacturing defect, you have the right to file a complaint. Please use the [Complaint Form] and state the reason for the complaint. The goods being complained about must be sent clean and properly packaged.
