HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF CORRECTLY
To choose the right size of MAN’s SET underwear, just follow a few simple steps:

1. Waist circumference
Measure the circumference just above the hips (where the underwear's waistband sits).

2. Hip circumference
Measure the widest part of the hips and buttocks.

3. Holding the tape measure correctly
The tape should sit snugly while measuring, but must not squeeze the body.

4. Measuring directly on the body
In thin underwear only.

- Look at the hole that's used the most – that's the one that reveals his waist size.
- Measure the distance from the buckle to that hole, and you're done!
Jeans reveal hip circumference
This part is a little trickier:
- Grab a pair of his regular jeans (not sweatpants – those can be misleading).
- Lay them flat and measure the widest point around the hip area.
- Then multiply that value by two.
