- Hip circumference – measure the widest part of your hips and buttocks.
- Correct tape position – the tape should sit snugly against your body without pulling or compressing it.
- Measure directly on your body – wearing only thin underwear.
- If your measurements fall between two sizes, for example XL and 2XL (waist – XL and hips – 2XL), always choose the larger size.
